Our Water Damage Recovery Process
- Inspection and assessment: Our qualified technicians will inspect the damage, prepare a cost estimate and develop a restoration plan to handle your water damage issue. We'll start working as soon as possible after our plan is accepted.
- Water removal: Any standing water will be extracted as immediately by our technicians.
- Stabilize the environment: We will install dehumidifiers to control moisture levels in both the structure and contents. Dehumidifiers extract moisture from the air and return warm, dry air. High velocity air movers are used to evaporate moisture.
- Monitor drying process: The drying process will be regularly monitored using various moisture meters for wood, concrete, floors, and walls. Temperature and humidity measurements are taken throughout the drying process.
- Relay and replace flooring: Once the structure is clean and dry, carpets and flooring will be relayed or replaced.
